Transparency and Care

At 406 Wellness and Beauty, LLC our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your  experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. You can either give us a call or text 1-406-518-7210 or email us at

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 25% of the treatment fee. The second offense you will be charged the full session fee.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the session fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. 

  • NO Show will be charged the full scheduled price.

  • ·         Any IV Nutritional services that are booked in a Pop up location will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.  These services are formulated just for you in the Kalispell location for safety purposes and if you cancel the day of your appointment that IV is a waste.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services depending on circumstances.

  • For Free Consultations, we do not charge any cancellation fees. However, if more than 1 appointment is canceled after 24 hours, Cancellation fees ($25) will be charged upon your next visit.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests  of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. 406 Wellness and Beauty policies are  presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Refunds and Guarantees

Our intent is for each customer’s  satisfaction. All Sales are final.

1. Services received cannot be refunded

2. A Credit will only be considered if any purchased services or deposits have not been received or used towards any services prior to the expiration.

Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged

3. No refunds are given for gift card orders.

4. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.

5. We do not offer refunds regardless of customer satisfaction with results
